RETURN POLICY:
We want you to be happy and satisfied with your product. If you're not, here's what to do:
  • e-mail us at fourfun@midmaine.com for your return authorization number. (include your order number---date ordered--- phone number--- reason for return---do you prefer refund or exchange?)
  • all returns paid by credit card will be credited back to the same credit card.
  • be sure the item is in “like new” condition(unused) and is unopened in its original packaging
  • product must arrive postage paid---using the same shipping rate as sent to you---(no c.o.d's) return within 30 days
  • we encourage you to purchase insurance on your return package as we cannot issue a refund or exchange on lost/damaged returns.
  • enclose your postage receipt including the postage and insurance charge and we will reimburse you for the insurance fee as well.
NON-RETURNABLES:
  • worn clothing or accessories
  • used art /science/baking kits

  • If your item arrives damaged, please know that we pack product as carefully as we can. We will correct the problem A.S.A.P.

  • item must be repacked in original packaging.
We will contact the shipping company to arrange for a package pick-up.

We will correct the problem as quickly as possible.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
We typically have orders processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. We will not be able to stop shipment on orders already sent.
